Configure your CleanOps Pro system preferences

Overview

System Settings allow administrators to configure how CleanOps Pro works for your organisation. These settings affect all users in your account.


Accessing Settings

Navigate to Administration > Settings from the sidebar menu. Only administrators can access and modify settings.


Company Information

Configure your company details:

  • Company Name - Displayed in headers and reports
  • Logo - Your company logo for branding
  • Contact Details - Address, phone, email
  • ABN/Business Number - For invoices and documents

Regional Settings
Setting Description
Timezone Default timezone for dates and times
Date Format How dates are displayed (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, etc.)
Time Format 12-hour or 24-hour clock
Currency Currency symbol and format for monetary values
Week Start First day of the week (Sunday or Monday)

Job Settings

Configure job-related defaults:

  • Default Job Duration - Standard length for new jobs
  • Auto-assign jobs - Automatically assign based on availability
  • Require tasks - Whether jobs must have tasks assigned
  • Job numbering - Format for job reference numbers

Time Clock Settings

Configure time tracking options:

  • Location tracking - Record GPS location on clock in/out
  • Photo verification - Require photo when clocking in
  • Break reminders - Prompt for breaks after X hours
  • Overtime threshold - Hours after which overtime starts
  • Rounding - Round time entries to nearest 5, 10, or 15 minutes

Notification Settings

Control system notifications:

Notification When Sent
Job Reminders Before scheduled jobs start
New Assignments When team members are assigned to jobs
Contract Expiry Before contracts expire (configurable days)
Timesheet Approval When entries need approval

Client Types

Manage the types used to categorise clients:

  1. Go to Administration > Client Types
  2. Add, edit, or remove client type categories
  3. Assign colours to each type for visual identification
Tip: Client types help you organise clients by industry, service level, or any custom classification.

Saving Settings
  1. Make your desired changes
  2. Click Save Settings at the bottom of each section
  3. Changes take effect immediately
