Using the Dashboard
Your central hub for monitoring operations at a glance
Overview
The Dashboard is your home screen in CleanOps Pro. It provides a quick overview of your operations, including today's jobs, recent activity, and key metrics.
Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard displays several information widgets:
| Widget | Description |
|---|---|
| Today's Jobs | Shows all jobs scheduled for today with their status and assigned team |
| Upcoming Jobs | Lists jobs scheduled for the next 7 days |
| Job Statistics | Quick counts of scheduled, in progress, and completed jobs |
| Team Status | Shows which team members are currently clocked in |
| Recent Activity | Latest actions taken in the system |
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly:
- Click on a job to view its details
- Use the + button in the top bar to create new items
- View team member profiles by clicking their name
- Access any section via the sidebar menu
Understanding Job Statuses
Jobs on the dashboard show colour-coded statuses:
Scheduled
Assigned
In Progress
Completed
Cancelled
Refreshing Data
The dashboard automatically updates periodically. To manually refresh:
- Click the refresh icon if available, or
- Press F5 or refresh your browser

Check the dashboard first thing to see what's scheduled.
Monitor progress
Watch job statuses change from Assigned to In Progress to Completed.
Track your team
See at a glance who's working and where.
