Managing Locations

View and manage all client sites in one place

Locations vs Client Sites

Locations and Client Sites are the same thing. You can manage sites from two places:

  • Locations page - See all sites across all clients
  • Client view - See sites for a specific client only

Changes made in either place are reflected in both.

Quick Tips

Use descriptive names
Name locations clearly, like "Sydney CBD Office" rather than just "Office".

Add site contacts
Having a site contact makes it easier for cleaners to resolve access issues.

Keep addresses accurate
Accurate addresses help with route planning and ensure staff arrive at the right place.

Location Status
Active Available for scheduling jobs
Inactive Hidden from job scheduling
