Managing Sites
Learn how to view, edit, and manage client sites
Viewing Sites
Sites are accessed through their parent client:
- Go to Clients and select a client
- Scroll to the Sites section
- All sites for that client are listed with status and job count
Viewing Site Details
Click on a site name to see its full details:
- Address - Full location details
- Contact - Site-specific contact person
- Service Schedule - Frequency and days of service
- Spaces - Rooms or areas within the site
- Jobs - Scheduled and completed work
Editing a Site
To update site information:
- Navigate to the site's detail page
- Click the Edit button
- Update the necessary fields
- Click Update Site to save
Common updates: Address changes, contact person updates, service frequency adjustments, and access instructions.
Managing Service Schedule
To change how often a site is serviced:
- Edit the site
- Update the Service Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, As Needed)
- Select the appropriate Day(s) of the week
- For monthly services, choose the week and day pattern
- Save your changes
Managing Spaces
Spaces are areas within a site (rooms, floors, sections). To manage them:

| Add a Space | Click "Add Space" from the site detail page, enter name and details |
| Edit a Space | Click the edit icon next to the space name |
| Delete a Space | Click the delete icon (only if no tasks are assigned) |
Changing Site Status
Sites can have the following statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Currently serviced - jobs can be scheduled |
| Inactive | Temporarily paused - no new jobs |
| Archived | No longer serviced - hidden from active lists |
Deleting a Site
- Go to the client's site list
- Click the Delete button for the site
- Confirm the deletion
Note: Sites with associated jobs cannot be deleted. Set them to "Archived" to preserve job history.
Quick Tips
Keep access info updated
Add alarm codes, parking details, and entry instructions in the notes.
Use spaces for large sites
Break down large buildings into floors or areas for better task tracking.
Update contacts promptly
When site contacts change, update immediately so your team reaches the right person.
