Overview

Reports help you analyse your business performance, track team productivity, monitor client activity, and prepare data for accounting or payroll purposes.


Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar menu.


Available Reports
Report Description
Job Summary Overview of jobs by status, client, or date range
Team Hours Total hours worked by each team member
Client Activity Jobs and revenue per client
Timesheet Export Detailed time entries for payroll processing
Contract Status Active, expiring, and expired contracts
Task Completion Cleaning task completion rates and details

Running a Report
  1. Select the report type from the list
  2. Set your date range
  3. Apply filters (client, team member, status, etc.)
  4. Click Generate Report
  5. View results on screen or export to file

Filtering Reports

Most reports support these filters:

  • Date Range - Start and end dates for the report period
  • Client - Include only specific clients
  • Team Member - Focus on individual staff
  • Site - Filter by specific locations
  • Job Status - Include completed, scheduled, etc.

Exporting Reports

Export your reports in various formats:

Format Best For
PDF Printing, sharing with clients, archiving
Excel (XLSX) Further analysis, accounting software import
CSV Importing into other systems, payroll software

Scheduling Regular Reports

Set up automatic report generation:

  1. Configure the report with your preferred filters
  2. Click Schedule Report
  3. Choose frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  4. Select recipients to email the report to
  5. Save the schedule
Tip: Schedule weekly timesheet reports to be emailed to your payroll team automatically.

Understanding Report Data

Key metrics explained:

  • Total Hours - Sum of all time clock entries
  • Billable Hours - Hours that can be invoiced to clients
  • Job Count - Number of jobs in the period
  • Completion Rate - Percentage of jobs completed vs scheduled
  • Task Completion - Percentage of tasks marked complete
