Viewing Timesheets
Review and manage time records for payroll and reporting
Overview
Timesheets compile all time clock entries into organized records. They show hours worked by team members, making it easy to process payroll and track labour costs.
Accessing Timesheets
Navigate to Operations > Timesheets from the sidebar menu.
Understanding the Timesheet View
The timesheet displays:
| Column | Information |

| Team Member | Name of the employee |
| Date | The day the work was performed |
| Clock In/Out | Start and end times |
| Break Time | Total break duration |
| Total Hours | Net hours worked (minus breaks) |
| Job/Site | Where the work was performed |
| Status | Pending, Approved, or Rejected |
Filtering Timesheets
Use the filters to find specific entries:
- Date Range - Select start and end dates
- Team Member - View one person's entries
- Client/Site - See time spent at specific locations
- Status - Show pending, approved, or all entries
Approving Time Entries
Supervisors and administrators can approve time entries:
- Review the time entry details
- Check for accuracy (times, job assignment)
- Click Approve to confirm the entry
- Or click Reject if corrections are needed
Editing Time Entries
To correct a time entry:
- Click on the entry you want to edit
- Modify the clock in/out times as needed
- Adjust break time if necessary
- Add a note explaining the correction
- Save your changes
Adding Manual Entries
To add time for someone who forgot to clock in:
- Click Add Entry
- Select the team member
- Enter the date, clock in time, and clock out time
- Assign to a job if applicable
- Add a note explaining why it was added manually
- Save the entry
Exporting Timesheets
Export timesheet data for payroll:
- Set the date range for the pay period
- Apply any needed filters
- Click Export
- Choose format (CSV, PDF, Excel)
- Download the file
Quick Tips
Approve weekly
Review and approve timesheets at the end of each week to stay on top of records.
Check for anomalies
Look for unusually long or short shifts that might indicate errors.
Document corrections
Always add notes when editing entries to maintain an audit trail.
