Facilicom is an Australian directory that connects people with property and facility service providers by category and location.

What is Facilicom?

Facilicom is a search-driven directory focused exclusively on property and facility services across Australia. Whether you need commercial cleaning in Sydney, grounds maintenance in Brisbane, or pressure cleaning in a regional town, Facilicom helps you find providers that serve your exact area.

How we find providers

Facilicom discovers providers through a combination of automated web discovery and manual curation:

  1. Discovery — Our crawler searches the web for property and facility service businesses across Australian states and regions, matching them to service categories.
  2. Enrichment — Each discovered business is enriched with profile information, contact details, and service tags extracted from their website.
  3. Review — AI-assisted cleanup normalises the data, and each listing is reviewed before it goes live in the directory.
  4. Publication — Approved providers appear in search results, category pages, and on their own listing page with a built-in contact form.

How search works

Visitors search by choosing a service category and optionally narrowing by state, region, or locality. Results are filtered to show only providers that serve the selected area.

  • Category only — See all providers Australia-wide in that category.
  • Category + state — Filter to a single state or territory.
  • Category + state + region — Narrow to an ABS SA4 statistical region.
  • Category + state + region + locality — Find providers that cover a specific city or town.

Contacting a provider

Each listing with a verified email address has a built-in contact form. When you submit a message, it is sent directly to the business via the Facilicom mail server. The business receives your name, email, optional phone number, and message, and can reply to you directly. Facilicom does not store your message after it is sent.

Data and coverage

Facilicom covers all eight Australian states and territories, with over 100 ABS SA4 regions and 1,800+ cities and towns mapped in the directory. Service categories currently focus on cleaning and facility maintenance, with plans to expand into grounds care, security, waste management, and building services.
