Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Facilicom website at facilicom.au (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Description of service
Facilicom is an Australian directory for property and facility service providers. The Site allows visitors to browse provider listings by category and location, and to contact listed businesses via a contact form. Facilicom does not itself provide property or facility services.
3. Accuracy of listings
Listing information is sourced from publicly available data and provider submissions. Facilicom makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. You should independently verify any information before engaging a service provider.
4. Contact form
When you submit a message through a listing's contact form, your name, email address, optional phone number, and message are forwarded directly to the listed business via email. Facilicom does not store submitted messages beyond what is required for transmission. By using the contact form, you consent to your details being shared with the relevant business.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site to send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape data for commercial purposes, or engage in any activity that disrupts the operation of the Site or harms other users or listed businesses.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on the Site are the property of Facilicom or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Facilicom and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing information. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Changes to terms
Facilicom may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
