Contact form submissions. When you use a listing's contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. This information is forwarded directly to the listed business and is not stored by Facilicom beyond what is needed for email transmission.

Server logs. Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you visit. These logs are used for security monitoring, rate limiting, and basic analytics. They are retained for a limited period and are not shared with third parties.

Listing data. Business information displayed in the directory (business name, email, website, service tags, location) is sourced from publicly available data and provider submissions. This is business contact information, not personal data of visitors.

3. How we use your information

We use the information collected to deliver the directory service, forward contact form messages to the appropriate business, prevent abuse through rate limiting, and maintain the security and performance of the Site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Facilicom does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services. The Site may use essential session cookies required for basic functionality. No advertising or marketing cookies are set.

5. Data security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted via the Facilicom mail server with DKIM signing for email authenticity. We implement rate limiting and input validation to protect against abuse.

Listings may contain links to external websites. Facilicom is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external site you visit.
